The Horizon

Behind
the yellow sea and
the blue Sun,
past
the floating island
and inert yacht,
where zephyrean shores
are still,
there’s a horizon
quivering
in the knowledge
of infinity;
delivering nimbly
a possibility
of being more
than a hazy arc
that meets with nothing
but a limiting eye;
but nontheless,
eulogised;
without ends,
or abutment,
God-like,
no  shape, form or content
and yet,
incredibly
believed in.
